Last updated: 11 August 2026

IAMGODIAM respects your privacy and handles personal information with care, confidentiality and respect.

This Privacy Policy explains which personal information may be collected, why it is used, how long it may be retained and what rights you have.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Personal Data?

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is:

2. Why IAMGODIAM Processes Personal Information

IAMGODIAM processes personal information only where there is a legitimate and lawful reason to do so.

Depending on your interaction with IAMGODIAM, information may be used to:

  • respond to questions or requests;
  • process registrations and purchases;
  • administer payments and invoices;
  • create and maintain personal accounts;
  • deliver materials or services you requested;
  • prepare and provide personal Foundation or other IAMGODIAM programs;
  • communicate practical program information;
  • provide personal guidance;
  • perform personal observations and evaluations where this forms part of the service;
  • comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations;
  • protect IAMGODIAM systems, website and legal rights;
  • send optional marketing communication where legally permitted.

IAMGODIAM does not sell your personal information.

3. Information We May Collect

Depending on the service you use, IAMGODIAM may process:

  • first and last name;
  • address;
  • country;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • billing information;
  • transaction and invoice information;
  • account information;
  • contact-form communications;
  • registration information;
  • questionnaire and intake answers;
  • personal messages sent during a program;
  • personal observations you provide;
  • Foundation photographs;
  • information about lifestyle, food, sleep, energy or wellbeing;
  • information about meditation or spiritual background where you voluntarily provide it and it is relevant to the service.

IAMGODIAM asks participants not to provide information that is unnecessary for the requested service.

4. Sensitive Personal Information

Some information voluntarily provided during an intake or personal program may relate to health, wellbeing or religious, spiritual or philosophical beliefs.

Such information may receive additional protection under data-protection law.

Where explicit consent is legally required, IAMGODIAM asks for this through a separate clear positive action, such as a consent checkbox.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent.

If specific personal information is genuinely necessary to perform the personal service you requested, withdrawing consent for its use may make it impossible for IAMGODIAM to continue that part of the service.

5. Foundation Photographs

Participants in the 28-Day Foundation provide two photographs.

Photograph One

Photograph One is taken and uploaded at registration.

It is used as the participant’s first personal observation point before the fourteen-day Preparation Period.

Photograph Two

Photograph Two is taken and uploaded when the personal 28-Day Foundation begins after the Preparation Period.

It creates a second observation point.

The two photographs may be compared for the participant’s personal preparation, observation, guidance and evaluation within the Foundation.

They are not used for advertising, publication, testimonials, social media or public promotional purposes unless you separately and explicitly agree to such a different use.

6. Retention of Foundation Photographs

Photograph One is retained during the fourteen-day Preparation Period and the subsequent personal 28-Day Foundation.

Photograph Two is retained from the beginning of the personal 28-Day Foundation.

After the personal 28-Day Foundation and final evaluation have been completed:

both Foundation photographs are permanently deleted.

They are not retained as a permanent photographic archive.

If you withdraw from the Foundation before the personal twenty-eight days begin, Photograph One is deleted after the withdrawal and related administration have been completed, unless temporary retention is legally required.

7. Intake Information and Personal Guidance

Information supplied through questionnaires, intake forms or personal communication is used to prepare and provide the service you requested.

This may include information about:

  • physical wellbeing;
  • energy;
  • lifestyle;
  • food;
  • sleep;
  • emotions;
  • meditation;
  • spiritual practice;
  • recurring personal patterns;
  • your goals for the program.

Personal guidance information is treated confidentially.

IAMGODIAM does not publish private intake answers, personal evaluations or private communications without a separate lawful basis and, where required, your explicit permission.

8. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on the information and purpose, IAMGODIAM may process personal information because:

  • processing is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement with you;
  • you have given consent;
  • you have given explicit consent for sensitive information where required;
  • processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
  • processing is necessary for a legitimate business or security interest that does not override your fundamental rights.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

9. Payments

Payments are currently processed through PayPal.

Payment providers may process the information required to complete and secure the transaction according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

IAMGODIAM does not need to receive or permanently store complete card credentials when those details are processed directly by a payment provider.

Transaction, invoice and accounting information may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting or other legal rules.

10. Personal Accounts

Certain IAMGODIAM services may include a personal online account.

Information needed to create and operate that account may be retained while the account remains necessary for the service and for a reasonable administrative period afterwards.

Where account information is no longer necessary and no legal obligation requires continued retention, it may be deleted or anonymised.

You are responsible for keeping your own login details confidential.

11. Email Communications

IAMGODIAM may use email to:

  • confirm purchases;
  • provide program materials;
  • send preparation and start instructions;
  • provide personal program guidance;
  • answer questions;
  • communicate information necessary to provide the service.

These service-related emails are different from optional marketing communication.

Where marketing emails are sent on the basis of consent, you can unsubscribe.

12. Service Providers

IAMGODIAM may use carefully selected third parties that provide necessary technical or professional services, such as:

  • website hosting;
  • form processing;
  • account systems;
  • email delivery;
  • payment processing;
  • backups and security;
  • technical support;
  • accounting or professional advice where required.

Such providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their function and process information under their own legal obligations or appropriate contractual safeguards.

13. International Processing

Some service providers may process information outside Belgium or outside the European Economic Area.

Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, IAMGODIAM seeks to use the legally required transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards.

14. Cookies

IAMGODIAM may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for:

  • essential website operation;
  • security;
  • login and account functionality;
  • remembering website choices.

Non-essential analytics, advertising or similar cookies will be handled through the website’s cookie-consent system where consent is legally required.

You can also control cookies through your browser.

Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the website from functioning correctly.

15. Embedded Content and External Services

IAMGODIAM pages may contain embedded videos, payment functions, forms or links provided by third parties.

When you use an external service, that provider may process information according to its own privacy policy.

IAMGODIAM does not control the independent privacy practices of external websites.

16. How Long Other Information Is Retained

IAMGODIAM does not retain personal information indefinitely simply because it has once been collected.

Information is kept only for:

  • the time reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected;
  • a reasonable period necessary to manage the relationship with you;
  • or the period required by applicable law.

Different categories of information therefore have different retention periods.

Where information is no longer necessary and no lawful reason exists to retain it, it is deleted or anonymised.

The Foundation photographs have the specific shorter retention period described above.

17. Your Data-Protection Rights

Subject to the requirements and exceptions of applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request information about your personal data;
  • obtain access to your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion where the legal conditions are met;
  • request restriction of certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • obtain certain data in a portable format where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based upon consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right, contact:

info@iamyouare.com

IAMGODIAM may request sufficient information to verify your identity before acting upon a request concerning personal information.

18. Belgian Data Protection Authority

If you believe your personal information has not been processed correctly, you may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority:

Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données

Current contact information is available through the Authority’s official website.

19. Security

IAMGODIAM takes reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure or alteration.

Access to personal program information is limited to what is reasonably necessary.

No internet-based information system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

IAMGODIAM may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology, processing practices or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on the IAMGODIAM website.

Where a material change requires additional notice or renewed consent, IAMGODIAM will provide this where legally required.
