There comes a moment when meditation must become more than something you do for a certain period of time each day. Meditation must begin to change the human being who is meditating. It is possible to sit quietly, to seek peace, to repeat mantras, to work with spiritual energy and sincerely desire a higher consciousness, while the physical instrument through which all of this must be received is tired, burdened, insufficiently grounded or simply not yet prepared to carry what is being asked of it. Then the desire may be sincere and the meditation may be real, but the foundation is not yet strong enough. Divine Meditation therefore does not begin by asking how high you can reach. It begins by preparing the human being who must receive, conduct, hold and eventually express increasingly higher levels of energy and consciousness. And because the Physical Body is the densest level of the human instrument, this is where we begin.
Level 1.1 is the first three-month period of Divine Meditation, and its primary focus is the Physical Body. We begin with the body in which you live every day, the body through which you breathe, eat, sleep, move, work, act and meditate. During these months the energetic work is directed toward the physical instrument in its totality: the physical brain, the nervous system, the physical heart and circulation, the blood and blood vessels, the organs, glands, tissues, muscles, bones and the many physical systems that together make human life possible. We do not begin by trying to escape the physical in order to become spiritual. We begin by recognizing that if spiritual consciousness is eventually to be lived on Earth, it requires a human instrument capable of carrying it.
This distinction is important. The physical brain belongs to Level 1.1 because the brain is a physical organ. This does not mean that we are already doing the deeper systematic work of the Mental Body. In the same way, the physical heart belongs to this first stage because it is part of the physical organism. We are not yet entering the deeper spiritual work of the Heart Center. Divine Meditation proceeds progressively. We do not jump from one level to another because something sounds more spiritual or advanced. We begin with the most dense expression of the human being and progressively move toward the finer levels. Physical first. Etheric next. Emotional after that. Mental after that. Each stage receives its own primary period of attention, while the human being as a whole continues to participate in the process.
Why the Physical Body Comes First
Many people are taught meditation in a very different way. They receive a technique, close their eyes and begin. Very little attention may be given to the actual condition of the physical instrument through which that meditation is taking place. Someone may be exhausted, live without rhythm, carry considerable physical tension, be insufficiently grounded and possess an energetic system that is not yet ready to conduct and hold stronger currents of energy. Nevertheless, the instruction is often simply to meditate more. After weeks, months or even years, some people begin to feel that meditation does not really change them. They may experience occasional peace or relaxation, but the deeper transformation they hoped for does not appear. They start looking for another technique, another teacher or another spiritual system, while an essential question has never been addressed: has the instrument itself been adequately prepared for meditation?
Divine Meditation therefore begins differently. I want the physical foundation to become increasingly strong, pure, grounded and capable of carrying energy. As the physical instrument becomes progressively more ordered and receptive, energy can move through it more freely. The meditation itself can then begin to change. What previously met greater resistance may become easier to receive. What could only be touched for a moment may become easier to hold. Some participants may begin to notice changes in their meditation already during the first weeks. Meditation may feel stronger, deeper or more tangible because the instrument through which it takes place is itself changing. Every human being is different, so this is not a promise that everyone will experience the same change after the same number of days. The principle, however, is fundamental to this work: the stronger and more receptive the instrument becomes, the greater its capacity to receive and carry the energy of meditation.
For this reason, these first three months are not merely preparation before the βrealβ spiritual work begins. This is already spiritual work. Purifying the Physical Body, establishing grounding, preparing the energetic pathways and learning to care for the instrument are all part of meditation. A tree cannot continually reach upward while neglecting its roots. Its ability to rise depends upon its ability to stand. In exactly the same way, Divine Meditation begins by establishing a foundation capable of carrying what will later be built upon it.
The Physical Body as One Living Whole
When I speak about purification of the Physical Body, I am not speaking about one organ or one isolated system. The physical human being is an interconnected living whole. The physical heart and circulation cannot be separated from the blood that moves throughout the organism. The nervous system cannot be separated from the brain and the rest of the body. Digestion and elimination influence the condition in which the physical organism functions. The endocrine glands belong to the physical body. Muscles, bones, connective tissues, organs and circulation continually influence one another. When one area is under pressure, another may compensate. When greater order develops in one part, the entire organism can respond.
Purification therefore means more than simply trying to remove something undesirable. It means working toward increasing order, receptivity, stability and harmony within the physical instrument. A body that has lived for years under irregular rhythms, insufficient rest, continual stress, unsuitable habits or repeated disregard for its own signals does not become a perfectly prepared instrument merely because someone begins to meditate. Physical matter requires time. It responds to rhythm, repetition, care and continuity. This is why Level 1.1 is given three months rather than being reduced to a few meditation sessions.
But Divine Meditation never works upon the Physical Body as though the rest of the human being did not exist. The Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental Bodies continually interact. When the Physical Body becomes increasingly purified and energy can move through it more easily, the Etheric Body can respond. The emotional condition can respond. The Mental Body can respond. Meditation itself is already working upon the totality from the first day. We simply choose to begin with the densest foundation and give it our primary attention before progressively moving toward the finer bodies.
This is essential to understanding the entire first level of Divine Meditation. Level 1.1, Level 1.2, Level 1.3 and Level 1.4 are not four isolated treatments. Together they form one progressive preparation of the human instrument. The principal focus moves from Physical to Etheric, from Etheric to Emotional, and from Emotional to Mental, but the total human being is involved throughout the entire process. We cannot cut a living person into four separate pieces. We can, however, work systematically, beginning with the densest foundation and progressively moving toward the finer structures.
The Divine Blueprint and the Immaculate Concept
The energetic work within Level 1.1 is directed toward the Divine Blueprint, the original Divine Pattern of the human being. We do not create an arbitrary personal image of what a perfect body should be and then demand that the body conform to our wishes. The Divine Blueprint provides the spiritual reference of original order behind the work. It reminds us that the present condition of the human being does not necessarily represent the highest pattern available to that being.
The Immaculate Concept therefore has an important place in this work. We do not continually hold the participant in an image of everything that appears weak, damaged, burdened or imperfect. Nor do we deny the reality of what exists today. The principle is different. We acknowledge the present condition while holding consciousness toward the higher Divine Pattern rather than continually reinforcing limitation. The spiritual work is directed toward greater order, greater purity and greater alignment with that original pattern.
This distinction matters because consciousness itself participates in what a person continually creates. If every meditation becomes another opportunity to repeat inwardly everything that is believed to be wrong, the person can continue feeding precisely the image from which greater freedom is sought. The Immaculate Concept turns consciousness toward another reference point. It does not ask you to pretend. It asks you not to make present limitation the highest truth you are willing to hold.
The Violet Flame and Energy from the Source
The Violet Flame forms an essential part of the purification within Level 1.1. Within the I AM Teachings, the Violet Flame is connected with transmutation, purification, mercy, forgiveness and freedom. During this first stage it is used as part of the work through which accumulated conditions can be brought into a process of purification and transmutation. Yet the Violet Flame is not a substitute for personal responsibility. It makes little sense to ask for purification during meditation while continually recreating the same disorder through daily habits, thoughts, words and actions.
Alongside the Violet Flame, I work with Energy from the Source, Cosmic Energy and the other energies required within the individual process. This work is not a collection of unrelated techniques. Everything serves the same fundamental purpose: to prepare, purify, strengthen and progressively order the human instrument so that it can become increasingly capable of receiving and carrying the spiritual work.
The participant does not need to intellectually control every movement of energy. Divine Meditation is not an exercise in which the analytical mind attempts to tell spiritual energy what it must do in every organ or every part of the body. There must also be receptivity. The human being participates consciously, but also learns to receive. The Source is not divided into artificial compartments. When spiritual energy works, the totality can respond even while our primary focus remains upon the Physical Body.
The Root Chakra β Beginning at the Foundation
During Level 1.1 the primary chakra focus is the First Chakra, the Root Chakra. We do not begin by attempting to work systematically through all the chakras at once. Again, we begin with the foundation. The Root Chakra is connected with grounding, embodiment and the capacity to stand in physical existence. It therefore belongs naturally with this first stage.
This does not mean that the other chakras cease to exist or that meditation cannot have an effect elsewhere. A living energetic system cannot be divided into sealed rooms. Energy moves, and the different dimensions of the human being continually influence one another. The Root Chakra is the primary focus, not an artificial limitation placed upon the total action of meditation.
Grounding is indispensable because spiritual development is not intended to make someone less capable of living on Earth. Higher consciousness must eventually be lived here. Love must be expressed here. Wisdom must become action here. Spirituality that continually attempts to rise while the person becomes increasingly disconnected from the body, daily life and earthly responsibility is not the direction of Divine Meditation. We establish the root because everything that grows upward requires a foundation capable of supporting it.
The Nadis and the Preparation of the Energetic Pathways
The preparation for deeper meditation also involves the pathways through which life energy moves. Within Ayurveda and the yogic tradition these subtle channels are known as nadis, through which prana flows. They are not the same as the physical nerves. The nervous system belongs to the physical organism, while the nadis belong to the subtler energetic structure. Nevertheless, the physical and energetic dimensions of the human being continually interact.
For this reason, the work of Level 1.1 does not stop at what can be seen physically. The pranic pathways are also progressively purified and prepared as part of creating a stronger foundation for meditation. This does not mean that we have already moved the primary focus to the Etheric Body. That comes in Level 1.2. It means that serious preparation for meditation must recognize that physical matter and life energy are intimately connected within the living human being.
As these pathways become increasingly receptive and the physical instrument becomes more ordered, meditation itself can deepen. Energy may become easier to receive and conduct. Stillness may become easier to sustain. The participant may experience the meditation differently because the instrument through which the meditation takes place is progressively becoming more capable of the work.
This is one of the fundamental principles of Divine Meditation:
I do not only want to give you something to do during meditation. I want to prepare the instrument with which you meditate.
Divine Meditation Works with the Whole Human Being
Divine Meditation is a holistic path of spiritual development. Its purpose is not to isolate one difficulty and work upon that one difficulty while leaving the rest of the human being outside the process. Over time, the entire human instrument is progressively involved. Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental. Meditation, energetic work, conscious living and personal responsibility come together in a longer process whose purpose is transformation of the whole human being together with spiritual growth.
This is different from a specific healing or therapy. A person may choose Ayurveda because there is a particular physical concern. Another may choose Chakra Healing because the chakras are the area upon which he or she wishes to work. Another may choose Aura Healing or another form of focused energetic work. Those paths have their own purpose and value. A person does not need to desire spiritual development in order to receive support for a particular area of life.
Divine Meditation is for the person who chooses something different: a continuing path of meditation and total development. It proceeds more gradually because it is not trying to address only one isolated area. The intention is to transform the human instrument progressively and as a whole while spiritual consciousness develops with it.
No one is required to choose this path. There are many ways through life, and every person must be free to choose what he or she genuinely wants.
Free Will Is Fundamental
Free will is an absolute principle within Divine Meditation.
I do not personally perform energetic work upon someone who has not consciously given me permission to do so. The participant must choose this work for himself or herself. It is not enough that another person believes it would be beneficial. It is not enough that a family member wants it. And I will not simply decide that I am going to work energetically upon someone because I believe that person needs it.
The choice must come from the individual.
The participant therefore consciously says, in essence, "I choose this for myself."
I give permission for Miquel to work energetically with me as part of my Divine Meditation process.
This permission does not mean that responsibility is transferred to me. It does not mean, "You change me while I continue exactly as before.β Free will works in both directions. You freely permit me to do my part, and you freely accept responsibility for your part.
Energy from the Source is not something I impose upon another human being against that person's will. The participant opens the door consciously. Only then do we enter this work together.
For this reason, after registration each participant receives an email containing a separate consent step. Through that confirmation, the participant explicitly gives permission for the personal energetic work that forms part of Divine Meditation. Personal energetic work begins only after that conscious permission has been given.
Your Physical Life Is Part of Your Meditation
The spiritual side of Level 1.1 cannot be separated from the way you care for the physical instrument yourself. I can work energetically with you, but I cannot drink water for you. I cannot sleep for you. I cannot choose your food for you each day. I cannot give your body rest while you continually decide to exhaust it. The participant therefore has an active part in building the foundation.
The Physical Body is your earthly temple. If you want it to carry greater energy, it must increasingly be treated accordingly. Nutrition, water, sleep, rest, movement, daily rhythm and the way you respond to the body's signals all become part of the work. These things may appear ordinary compared with spiritual language, but they are not separate from spirituality. They determine the condition of the instrument you bring into meditation.
This does not mean that the meditation itself will become a long lesson about food, water, sleep or physical care. Meditation must remain meditation. When you begin the meditation, you should be able to enter the meditation rather than first listening to fifteen minutes of theoretical instruction.
For that reason, the practical teaching is provided separately.
Three Months β Three Books
During Level 1.1 you receive one book each month.
The first book establishes the physical foundation. It explains the practical responsibility you have toward your own body and gives guidance around nutrition, water, rest, sleep, rhythm, movement and the everyday care of the physical instrument.
During the second month, a second book takes this understanding deeper. By then you are no longer beginning from theory alone. You have already been meditating, receiving energetic work and observing your own body for several weeks. The teaching can therefore go further because you now have personal experience against which to understand it.
During the third month, a third book deepens the work again. In this way, knowledge is not poured over the participant all at once. It develops together with experience.
Month One: foundation.
Month Two: deepening.
Month Three: integration and greater responsibility.
The books support the human side of the work. The meditation and energetic work continue alongside them. Together they help create a situation in which spiritual energy and physical responsibility no longer move in opposite directions.
The Real Work Continues After the Meditation
The most revealing moments of Divine Meditation will not always occur while your eyes are closed. What happens after meditation matters. How do you treat your body? What do you eat? Do you listen when the body requires rest? Do you continually exhaust the nervous system and then expect meditation to repair everything? Do you create rhythm or disorder? Do you take responsibility for the physical instrument you say you want to purify?
The same principle extends beyond physical habits. Meditation works upon the total human being, and therefore you may gradually begin to observe thoughts, emotions and reactions differently even though they are not yet the primary focus of Level 1.1. That is natural. The bodies interact. Greater physical order can influence emotional stability. Better grounding can influence thought. A more receptive energetic system can change the experience of meditation. We allow those changes to occur without prematurely abandoning the primary work of this first stage.
The purpose is not perfection. The purpose is cooperation. You begin where you are, but you must be willing to participate in where you are going.
Three Months of Real Commitment
Level 1.1 is a three-month commitment.
It is not designed as a meditation that is tried for a few days and abandoned as soon as the personality wants something different. Physical preparation requires continuity. Energetic work requires continuity. Meditation requires continuity. And transformation requires sufficient time for something deeper than a temporary experience to develop.
For this reason, registration for Level 1.1 means committing to the complete first period of three months.
The payment is β¬138 per month, through PayPal. The payment runs monthly for the three-month Level 1.1 period.

At the end of those three months there is no automatic continuation into another three-month period. You receive a new invitation to continue. At that point the next step can be considered consciously, based upon your development and readiness.
This is important because Divine Meditation is not intended to create an automatic subscription that simply continues indefinitely without conscious choice. Every new period should remain a conscious decision.
Readiness, Not Hurry
Three months provide the normal structure for Level 1.1, but human beings are not machines. One person may begin with a relatively strong physical foundation while another arrives after many years of exhaustion, irregularity or disregard for the body. It would therefore make little sense to pretend that every human being must have reached exactly the same condition on exactly the same day.
The purpose is not to collect levels.
The purpose is transformation.
Progress within Divine Meditation must therefore always respect actual readiness. What matters is not how quickly someone can say, βI have completed Level 1.1.β What matters is what has actually changed in the human instrument and what that person is capable of carrying.
This is also why Divine Meditation must not be understood as a promise that every physical illness or imbalance will disappear within three months. The purpose of Level 1.1 is the deepest possible spiritual and energetic purification, ordering, strengthening and preparation of the Physical Body within this first stage of the path. Where the body responds, that response becomes part of the foundation. Where more time is required, reality is respected.
The Next Step β Bringing the Four Lower Bodies Together
At the end of these first three months, the work with the Physical Body does not stop. What has been purified, strengthened, grounded and brought into greater order becomes the foundation for everything that follows. The Physical Body remains part of the work, the Root Chakra remains important, the energetic pathways continue to be purified, and the participant continues to care for the physical instrument through which meditation and spiritual energy must be received and expressed. We do not build a foundation and then leave it behind. We build upon it.
The following nine months therefore do not simply move away from the Physical Body in order to work with one other body at a time. The work now becomes broader and deeper. The Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental Bodies are increasingly worked with together as the four lower bodies of one human being. The emphasis can move according to what is needed, but the purpose is no longer to regard these bodies as separate areas. The purpose is to progressively purify, order, align and integrate them so that they can function more and more as one human instrument.
This is essential because the four lower bodies continually influence one another. A physical condition can affect the emotions and the mind. An emotional disturbance can affect the physical body. Mental patterns can continually feed emotional reactions, while etheric impressions can keep old experiences active long after the conscious mind believes they have passed. As long as these different levels continually pull the human being in different directions, a considerable amount of energy is lost in inner contradiction. The person may sincerely want one thing while thinking, feeling, remembering or physically living in ways that continually produce another.
The next nine months therefore become a period of integration. Divine Meditation continues to work upon the total human being, but now the foundation established during the first three months allows the work to penetrate further. The Etheric Body can be addressed more deeply. Emotional patterns can increasingly enter the process of purification and transformation. The Mental Body can progressively become clearer and more disciplined. At the same time, the Physical Body continues to be supported and purified because it remains the earthly foundation through which all of this must ultimately be lived.
The aim is not to make the four lower bodies identical. Each has its own function. The aim is that they cease to work against one another and increasingly come into alignment. The Physical Body, Etheric Body, Emotional Body and Mental Body must progressively learn to function as parts of one coordinated instrument, capable of receiving a spiritual direction without each level immediately pulling that direction somewhere else.
This is why the first three months are so important. They establish the ground upon which the following nine months can work much more deeply. We do not try to accomplish everything at once. We first strengthen and purify the foundation. Then we use that foundation to bring increasing order and unity into the whole of the lower human instrument.
Together, these twelve months form the first complete year of Divine Meditation. The first three months establish the physical foundation. The following nine months deepen the work throughout the four lower bodies and progressively bring them into greater purification, alignment and unity.
The purpose of that first year is therefore much greater than learning a meditation technique. It is to prepare the human being himself. Meditation continues throughout the entire process, spiritual energy continues to work, and the participant continues to grow in responsibility, discipline and awareness. Step by step, the distance between meditation and ordinary life becomes smaller because the instrument through which both are lived is itself being transformed.
When this first year has genuinely established a stronger, purer and increasingly unified human instrument, the foundation for the next stage is entirely different from the one with which the participant began. We no longer have to approach the deeper work through exactly the same degree of physical resistance, etheric accumulation, emotional disorder and uncontrolled mental activity. A foundation has been built upon which the spiritual development of the following year can proceed more deeply and, where the individual is ready, much more rapidly.
This is the purpose of the first year of Divine Meditation:
First, establish the foundation.
Then bring the four lower bodies progressively into greater purity, alignment and unity.
Only then build further.
Divine Meditation does not hurry past the human being in order to reach something higher.
It prepares the human being so that what is higher can eventually be received, carried and lived.
