These Terms & Conditions apply to online purchases, registrations, programs and personal services provided through IAMGODIAM.
By placing an order and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you enter into an agreement with:

These Terms apply to IAMGODIAM services and programs unless specific written terms provided for a particular service state otherwise.
The product description, price, checkout information and any specific written agreement supplied to you form part of the agreement.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain applicable.
IAMGODIAM provides spiritual, energetic, educational and personal-development services.
Depending upon the selected service, these may include:
Each participant is different.
No particular physical, mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual, relational or financial result is guaranteed.
Participant experiences and testimonials do not constitute guarantees that another participant will experience the same result.
IAMGODIAM services are not a substitute for necessary professional medical diagnosis, emergency care or medical treatment.
Do not discontinue prescribed treatment or disregard professional medical advice because of participation in an IAMGODIAM program.
If a general Foundation recommendation conflicts with a medical restriction specifically given to you, your safety and relevant professional medical advice take priority.
A first 28-Day Foundation journey is structured as:
14-Day Preparation Period
followed by
28 consecutive personal Foundation days
After completion of the personal twenty-eight days, a:
14-Day Integration Period
follows.
The Preparation Period and Integration Period have different functions and should not be confused.
Your registration is complete when:
The standard full purchase price of the 28-Day Foundation is:

There is no automatic renewal.
Payment is currently processed electronically through PayPal.
No additional fee is charged merely because you choose an electronic payment method.
The total amount due is shown before you place the order.
A place is reserved after successful payment and confirmation.
IAMGODIAM may in the future offer an instalment or financing option through a legally compliant payment or credit provider.
Where such an option is available:
An instalment option is not automatically available merely because a participant requests one.
The availability and conditions shown at checkout at the time of purchase apply.
At registration, the participant is asked to take and upload a new photograph.
An older photograph should not be used.
Photograph One forms the first observation point before the Preparation Period.
Its use and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy.
After registration, the participant enters an active fourteen-day Preparation Period.
During this period the participant receives the complimentary preparation workbook and is expected to work actively with the supplied material.
The participant begins applying the Foundation conditions and practices.
At the same time IAMGODIAM may undertake administrative and technical preparation necessary for the later personal Foundation.
Personal energetic Foundation work begins only when IAMGODIAM confirms the participant’s personal Day One.
Nothing in this structure removes or restricts any statutory consumer right that legally applies during the Preparation Period.
Following registration, the participant receives:

IAMGODIAM assigns the workbook a value of €150.
It is included with the Foundation registration at no additional charge and no separate purchase price is charged for it.
The workbook contains practical guidance, meditation, Flames, decrees and practices intended to support preparation and later daily life.
Where technically appropriate, access to protected digital material may cease if the underlying Foundation agreement is lawfully withdrawn or cancelled.
No separate monetary refund is attributed to a workbook for which no separate purchase price was charged.
From the beginning of the Preparation Period and throughout the subsequent twenty-eight personal Foundation days, the participant commits to:
no alcohol;
no meat;
no smoking.
The participant is also expected to work sincerely with the other Foundation principles concerning food, water, sleep, rest, grounding, movement, nature and conscious daily living.
Medical restrictions applicable to the individual take priority where necessary for safety.
IAMGODIAM provides preparation, personal energetic work and guidance.
The participant remains responsible for:
Perfection is not required.
Sincere participation is expected.
After the Preparation Period, IAMGODIAM sends the participant a personal start communication.
The participant then takes and uploads Photograph Two.
Photograph Two creates a second observation point.
The participant also completes the Day-One starting picture where requested.
The personal twenty-eight days begin when IAMGODIAM confirms Day One.
During the first days of the personal Foundation, IAMGODIAM may compare the two photographs together with the participant’s information and personal observations.
Where appropriate, IAMGODIAM may provide individual guidance by email or through the personal account.
This guidance may concern:
Personal guidance is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
The personal Foundation normally runs for twenty-eight consecutive days.
The precise energetic work is personal and may differ between participants.
Depending upon what is considered appropriate within the IAMGODIAM method, the work may include Source Energy, Aura Healing, Chakra Healing and other energetic support.
IAMGODIAM does not guarantee that each participant receives the same sequence or intensity of work.
At the end of the twenty-eight personal days, the participant is asked to evaluate his or her experience honestly.
Where a Day-One starting document was created, the participant returns to the unchanged original.
IAMGODIAM may combine:
This evaluation may help determine what next step, if any, appears appropriate.
There is no automatic entitlement to another program or level.
After a completed personal 28-Day Foundation cycle, a fourteen-day Integration Period follows.
Its purpose is to give the participant time to carry, apply and integrate what has been opened or learned.
The participant is encouraged to continue using the workbook, meditation, practices, Flames, decrees and relevant Foundation principles.
The Integration Period may also form the natural bridge toward a future Foundation cycle.
There is no automatic renewal.
A subsequent Foundation cycle is a separate conscious purchase and a new agreement.
Any consumer rights applying to that later agreement apply independently.
New cycle-specific instructions, photographs or evaluations may be requested.
Prices displayed to consumers are shown as the total amount payable, including applicable VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise in a situation where another rule lawfully applies.
The total price is displayed before the order is completed.
After an online purchase, IAMGODIAM sends electronic confirmation, normally by email.
You are responsible for supplying a correct email address.
Please retain your confirmation and the applicable Terms for your records.
Where Belgian or other applicable consumer law gives a consumer a statutory right of withdrawal for an online service agreement, that right remains fully applicable.
For online service agreements, the ordinary statutory withdrawal period is generally fourteen calendar days from conclusion of the agreement, subject to applicable legal exceptions and specific rules.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a statutory withdrawal right.
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise it before the deadline by communicating an unequivocal decision to withdraw.

or use the electronic withdrawal function made available through the IAMGODIAM online interface during the applicable withdrawal period.
The electronic function allows the necessary withdrawal information to be submitted and generates an electronic acknowledgement of receipt.
Where a statutory withdrawal is valid, IAMGODIAM refunds the payments that must legally be refunded within the legally applicable period and according to the applicable rules.
Unless another method is lawfully agreed, refunds are normally made through the original payment method where technically possible.
The complimentary workbook has no separately charged monetary price.
After the applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, simply changing your mind does not automatically create a contractual right to a voluntary refund.
This does not limit mandatory legal remedies where:
The Foundation depends upon sincere participation.
If a participant does not follow the agreed conditions, IAMGODIAM may first provide guidance and request correction.
Repeated or serious failure to participate may affect IAMGODIAM’s ability to continue personal work.
Where continuation becomes unreasonable or inappropriate, IAMGODIAM may suspend or end the service to the extent legally permitted.
Failure by the participant to follow the program does not automatically create a right to a refund, extension or replacement cycle.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Where serious illness, technical failure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control materially affect delivery, IAMGODIAM will seek a reasonable solution.
This may include rescheduling part of a service where appropriate.

Foundation photographs are used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy unless a separate lawful use has been explicitly agreed.
Photograph One is retained through the Preparation Period and personal Foundation.
Photograph Two is retained from the beginning of the personal twenty-eight days.
After completion of the personal Foundation and final evaluation:
both photographs are permanently deleted.
If a participant lawfully withdraws before the personal Foundation begins, Photograph One is deleted after the withdrawal and necessary administration are completed, unless temporary retention is legally required.
Some personal programs may involve information concerning health, wellbeing or spiritual or philosophical beliefs.
Where explicit consent is legally required for processing such information, IAMGODIAM requests that consent separately.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace a separate explicit consent where the law requires one.
Private intake information, personal photographs, personal evaluations and private communications are treated confidentially.
IAMGODIAM does not publish these materials for advertising or promotional purposes without a separate lawful basis and, where required, explicit permission.
Original IAMGODIAM workbooks, written material, recordings, videos, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Materials supplied to participants are intended for their own personal use unless written permission is given for another use.
Participants may not:
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over traditional, public-domain or independently existing spiritual teachings merely because they are discussed within IAMGODIAM material.
Human beings respond differently.
IAMGODIAM does not guarantee that a particular physical, emotional, mental, energetic or spiritual change will occur in a specific period.
Personal observations and photographs within the IAMGODIAM method are not presented as objective scientific measurements.
Participants remain responsible for decisions they make in their own lives.
IAMGODIAM is not responsible for a participant ignoring medical advice, exceeding personal physical limitations or using general educational information in a manner contrary to individual professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

IAMGODIAM will seek to review and respond within a reasonable period.
This does not prevent a consumer from using any competent consumer mediation, regulatory or judicial procedure available under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Where the customer is a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive that consumer of mandatory protection that applies under applicable consumer law.
Jurisdiction is determined according to applicable law.
IAMGODIAM may update these Terms for future purchases when services, technology or legal requirements change.
The Terms applicable to a purchase are normally those accepted when that agreement was concluded.
Later changes do not retroactively remove acquired consumer rights.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or replaced only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions remain effective where legally possible.
